Caixa 2 Mercado Paralelo is a project aimed at issues related to contemporary crimes such as money laundering, financial crimes, trafficking in people, drugs and animals; terrorism, corruption and other mechanisms associated with these crimes.
At first, the project was just an object of study designed to give greater support to a doctoral thesis, however, during the research phase, it was noticed the absence of more accessible and efficient sources that could enrich the project. From there, the idea of creating a simple and effective material emerged, capable of providing more objective information, becoming an alternative to raise awareness, and also a possible solution for reducing the educational and cultural abyss of society.
The project uses a direct, dynamic and didactic format in its structure and communication, both on social networks and in the articles published here, having as its main target all those who seek to stay informed or who need a vehicle as a source, clarification and research, such as students, professionals in the financial industry, traders, professors, liberal professionals, informal workers, among others. In addition, we also seek with this means, to sharpen curiosity and seek to awaken everyone who is unfamiliar with the issues mentioned here in order to search for the individual's unique social role in society in a more participatory way. 
Our goal is to clarify expressions and issues that seem to be complicated when heard and seen in the mass media and on the internet using vast graphic resources.  Let's explore concepts, expand  vocabulary, talk about the roles of competent bodies, international agencies, current standards (using as world references), and suggest bibliographical sources -  movies, books, articles, etc.
We emphasize here the importance of public participation – like yours, for example – which will be essential for an interaction and promotion of debates for a fairer and more democratic social construction, through information and knowledge.
